Exploring historic styles and modern design in a special exhibition.

The Costume and Textile Association (C&TA), an independent charity working with the Norfolk Museums Service, presents a special anniversary exhibition.

For 35 years the C&TA has brought together people passionate about the county's fascinating textile heritage, and the history of fashion and costumes.

The exhibition, in the Forum's ground floor Gallery, explores historic styles, the use of stitch and cloth in protest and as an art form, and showcases the talents of a new generation of designers and researchers.

The C&TA is run by volunteers and presents talks, events, shows and fundraising events, and supports scholarly research.

In addition to the Gallery exhibition, the C&TA presents a programme of online events covering corsets, medieval spinning and modernist designers. See below.
