Loose Ends is an American charity that matches volunteers willing to complete a hand-craft, textile project which has been left unfinished due to death or disability.
It's aims are to 'ease grief, create community, and inspire generosity' and in doing so it is building an international community of 'finishers', who are helping those dealing with profound change and sadness.
There are already a good number of 'finishers' in the UK, including quite a few in Norfolk, but Loose Ends would like to sign up more!
Why not hop on this free zoom conversation with the Loose Ends founders, Jennifer Simonic in Seattle, and Masey Kaplan, in Maine?
Norfolk Makers Festival Producer, Jayne Evans, will compere and put your questions to Jen and Masey. Even if you don't want to ask a question, you can simply listen in.
Even though this is a free event, we would like you to book so we can both see how many are planning to attend, and send you the zoom link the day of the event.
In the meantime, the links below will tell you more about Loose Ends.
