The Forum, Norwich, NR2 1TF
A special gallery space has been reserved at this year’s Norfolk Makers Festival for Margaret Seaman’s BIG exhibition.
This is the first and last time you will have the opportunity to marvel at all her incredible artwork in one 'knitting-tastic' display.
Margaret, who turns 95 in April, has taken charity knitting to a new level, since she started exhibiting at the Norfolk Makers Festival, nine years ago.
She has used her imagination, vision and skills to create two royal residences, one hospital, one holiday sea front, and her local church.
Her creativity has raised (to date) around £120,000 for local charities, earned her a British Empire Medal, and a private meeting with the late Queen.
Her installations have featured on media outlets across the world and in public exhibitions both around the UK and in France.
You will find the Margaret: The Complete Collection in a new gallery on the lower ground floor of The Forum. Follow the signs or ask a member of staff to point you in the right direction.
This is probably the last time Margaret's work will be on show at The Forum and she is looking forward to raising as much as she can for the new Cambridge Children's Hospital, which will serve the whole of the East of England.
Please give generously and take the opportunity to have a chat with Norfolk's Queen of Knitting.
