Dragon Hall, 115-123 King Street, Norwich, NR1 1QE
Dragon Hall, on King's Street, Norwich is a rare example of a medieval merchant’s headquarters, with a magnificent trading hall.
It was built in about 1430 and the timbers, decorative features and crown post roof give visitors the opportunity to appreciate 15th century crafting skills.
In a link up with the Norfolk Makers Festival, the Hall is organising a special 'makers themed' self guided trail exploring the wood working, stone masonry and stained glass.
There will also be an object handling and craft table for family activities. This event is free but booking is required - see link above.
Made possible by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Norwich Freemen’s Charity, and the Wolfson Foundation. Supported by Arts Council England.
