A talk by MensCraft for everyone.

Colin Howey, from the Norwich-based MensCraft, hosts a free lunchtime talk, in the Millennium Library, about what the charity does and who it helps.

MensCraft focuses exclusively on the health and wellbeing of men, supporting men facing challenges or experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

If you would like to learn more about the charity, know someone who could benefit from their help, or it you need help yourself, you are very welcome.

The talk is free but if you book with the link above, it will help us monitor numbers. It's being held in a room on the top floor of the Library, so report to the Festival information desk to check in.
