Ellen Siegert is the artist and designer behind the online amigurumi phenomenon, Crazy Hippo Crochet.
The teenager, from Norfolk, creates crochet models of her favourite celebrities, from Taylor Swift to the cast of Downton Abbey.
Her unique crocheted 'minis' are on show on the ground floor of the Millennium Library throughout the Festival.
Read more about the exhibition in the link below.
But today you can join her to crochet, knit, or simply discuss Taylor Swift's outfits!
Ellen has an online following similar to some of the celebrities she immortalises in yarn!
She started crocheting characters from her favourite TV shows when she was 13, as a way of coping with ME, and now runs a flourishing online business.
Ellen's is a fascinating story, so don't miss this opportunity to meet her. She is also taking part in From Craft to Career, joining our panel of business people sharing their experiences of turning what they love doing into a viable living.
