Another great way of upcycling textiles.

Learn how to make a colourful rug for your home.

There are two main techniques - hooking, which involves pulling fabric through a base material with a hook tool, and prodding, where fabric strips are pushed through the base material with a prodder tool.

This is just one of a series of free workshops from ReDo Norfolk, who are at the Festival all week with ways in which you can save tons of clothes from landfill.

You'll find them making a colourful splash in the main Atrium!

This is a free workshop but donations are welcome.

The team from ReDo Norfolk think everything deserves a second chance. ReDo Norfolk saves half a ton of textiles from landfill every month, and has plenty of examples of clothes and items created from wardrobe clear outs!

While all safety measures will be taken and advice given, you participate in free activities and workshops at your own risk.
