The Embroiderers’ Guild will be demonstrating a unique way of making prints on fabric in this two hour workshop.
Fabric dyed with potassium permanganate decolours when lemon juice is used, resulting in distinct patterns and shapes.
This is a new and exciting way to experiment with printmaking. Afterwards, explore how this can result in a usable design or stitch.
Please check in at the information desk 15 minutes before your workshop and a member of staff will take you to the right place.
Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm
Minimum Age: Under 14s accompanied by an paying adult
