We're celebrating the achievements of Margaret Seaman, Norfolk's Knitting Queen, at this year's special Makers' Festival Showcase.
Alongside the finished Knitted Sandringham, on show in the main Atrium of The Forum, you will find Margaret's NHS Knittingale and her Knitted Great Yarmouth in the 1970s, on show in The Forum's Gallery.
Thousands of people flocked to The Forum in 2019 to see the detailed recreation of Yarmouth's hey-day and to reminisce about 70s memories of amusements, fair ground rides and candy floss.
Over the years Margaret has raised tens of thousands of pounds for local charities with her knitting projects. Now she is focused on raising money for Norfolk's three main hospitals.
Entry to The Forum is free, of course, but Margaret would be delighted if you show your appreciation of her work by donating via her Just Giving page.
Or you can come into The Forum, have a chat with Margaret and put some money in a bucket - just like we did in the 1970s!
