Spend a few hours exploring the possibilities of freeform weaving under the guidance of experienced weaver and tutor, June Croll. This type of weaving is off of the surface and off of the loom.
You will create a unique piece of art through techniques used in tapestry weaving and basketry.
A range of unusual materials will be provided and the ‘looms’ may be constructed of willow, driftwood, twigs, metal, wire, stones or shells. You can even bring along some of your own materials to experiment with.
Suitable for both beginners and experts.
Time: 10am – 1pm
Minimum Age: 16
To book: firstname.lastname@example.org
June is also offering a free weaving activity. You can find out more about this here.
